What do I get in each mailing?
You get a letter, a print and a sticker.
How do I join, and when does billing start?
You join by clicking the “Purchase " button. Billing starts immediately upon signing up. You will be charged monthly on the same date going forward.
When is the deadline to join, and when does the mail go out?
The deadline to join is the 21st of each month (with the exception of September 2026; the deadline is the 30th), and the mail will be sent out at the beginning of the following month. (For example, in October you have until the 21st to sign up, and the mail will be sent out around November 1st - 3rd, depending on volume)
When will I receive my happy mail?
I ship the mail via USPS (untracked) between the 1st and 3rd of each month.
Within the US, mail should arrive within 3 to 5 days
outside of the US, mail can take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
What if my mail gets lost?
If you haven’t received your mail within five weeks, please email me at hello@isabelledebionne.com, and I will send you a replacement.
Can I share what I receive publicly?
You are welcome to share what you receive on social media - please give credit to @isabelledebionne (thank you!).

Is my address kept private?
Absolutely! I never share any of your information with anyone.
How do I cancel my membership?
Go to the account you created when you signed up to cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
